TRX Suspension Training
Starting in August, TRX will be FREE for members! The TRX Suspension Training System is a great way to increase your muscular endurance. It uses gravity and your body weight to perform many different exercises such as squats, chest press, plank, and row. You can alter the intensity by adjusting your body position. It helps improve strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Class space is limited! Pick up a lanyard at the Welcome Center up to an hour before class and join certified TRX instructor, Kristina Miller, to push your limits!
